What is Tapping or Emotional Freedom Technique?
Tapping (EFT) is a simple, easy to learn process of tapping the fingertips to input energy onto specific energy meridians on the body while thinking of a specific pain or problem. The combination of tapping, focusing on the problem and adding positive affirmation works to clear the emotional blocks which create imbalances in the body. It is an excellent tool for managing day to day or long term stress, anxiety, pain, anger, fear and many other emotional and physical issues.
EFT is a wonderful energetic tool. It’s helpful to work with a skilled coach. However, I highly recommend learning and using Tapping on yourself. Once learned, you have a valuable tool, literally at your fingertips, for life.
